Tea ceremony and making wagashi sweets

First, you'll make wagashi sweets. You will use pre-prepared traditional Japanese nerikiri dough and mold it into the shape of cute, seasonal flowers. You will also get a recipe for this dough, so that you can make it again later. Afterwards, the host, Terumi, will talk about the history of tea ceremonies and explain how to use the necessary tools. Then, she will demonstrate the process and you can enjoy the sweets you just made over tea. Following this, you'll also have a chance to prepare the tea yourself, which you can have with some dried sweets. Finally, you'll get some tips on how to enjoy tea ceremonies in your own way.
