How to use tickets

Important information about the use of the Osaka Amazing Pass
Those who have purchased the Osaka Amazing Pass must first exchange the voucher at designated exchange locations. For more information please refer to the product page.

At the facility,
open your My Page!

When you go to the facility,
log in to the DeepExperience website
on your smartphone.
Then, open the My Page screen.

Select the tickets
you want to use!

Select Tickets from the My Page screen,
and your purchased tickets will appear.
Choose the one you want to use,
and hit the Use Tickets button.

Select the number of tickets
you want to use

Once you select the number of tickets,
hit the Create button.
A QR code will appear,
so please show that to the staff.

Have the code
scanned to finish.

Once the staff scans the QR code,
you're done.

Careful of the timer!

As a security measure,
the created QR code is only valid
for 5 minutes.
When the timer reaches 0,
the code can no longer be used.
In the event it times out,
return to the My Page screen
and create a new code.
