• In the event of cancellation on or after the 20th day (10th day in the case of a one-day trip) counting back from the day before the starting date of the tour
  20% of the tour price
• In the event of cancellation on or after the 7th day counting back from the day before the starting date of the tour
  30% of the tour price
• In the event of cancellation on the day before the starting date of the tour
  40% of the tour price
• In the event of cancellation on the day of the tour
  50% of the tour price
• In the event of cancellation after the day of the tour or in a no-show without prior contact
  100% of the tour price
